Last week our family packed up and headed to my in-laws beach house!! Their house is just perfect for a get-a-way and the beach is literally across the street. The view is AMAZING and it's very private and in a small town so there isn't a lot of people around at all.
Lance and I have been in the process of making some pretty big decisions lately. This trip was a wonderful time away from "real life" and just focus on family time and where God is directing us.
There is just something so powerful about reading God's Word, listening to the ocean waves, and watching the sun set right in from of you.
Grace & Faith were counting down the days to go to the "beach house". It's ALL they talked about for weeks before we left. The beach house, the sand, the beach, the sand castles, the water....they are obsessed!!! :) It's so precious.
They ran inside looking for my mother and father in law {Grammy & Grampy} and were SO sad not to find them at first. We found pictures though to keep them happy until we went to the beach. hahaha!!
Our first night we spent a couple hours playing in the sand and watching the sun set across the beach. Seriously...SO BEAUTIFUL!!!
It was breathtaking and Lance and I kept saying how perfect this time was!!!
There is this lighthouse about 5 miles away. LOVE IT!!
The sun set, we packed up, and walked back to the beach house.
I am SOOO thankful for my in-laws and blessing us with their beach house for the week.
I kept thanking GOD over and over again for my family. I just LOVE my husband and our precious girls so much my heart could burst!!! I don't deserve as much as I've been blessed but I am humbled and thankful for His grace and mercy!
